WEBSITE SPECIFICATION
Domain Name : We can help you choose a domain name (e.g. www.your-clinic-name.co.uk), which you will own (subject to availability). The domain name is included in the standard website pricing.
Customised : Choose from a number of layouts then customise your site by specifying colour themes, text font and header and logo images (submit your own or choose from our extensive royalty-free image library).
Pages : Have up to 15 pages containing information about your practice and the therapies you offer. Our sites include the below pages :
- Home Page : The first page a potential client will see, either use our standard text or provide your own which we will add for you, along with any images you request.
- Contact & Location Page : Offer detailed directions to your clinic or practice, along with a Google map and any other contact details you may want to include. We also give you an Online Submission Form, so users can email you directly from the web page without needing to use an email account.
- About Us : This page is used to give more information about you, your practice and your qualifications.
- Therapy : Give more information to potential clients about the therapies or services that you offer.
- We can add any other pages that you wish, let us know you’re requirements!
Google : Our sites are all built to be optimised using keywords and content to ensure you achieve a high placement in search engine lists like Google and Yahoo, which attracts more clients to view the site.
WEBSITE HOSTING AND EMAIL
Website Hosting : For a low monthly fee we will host your site on our server (including your email accounts).
Site Updates : We offer one text update per month to your site, giving you more time for more important matters. If you want to update some text simply send it to us and we will do the work for you!
Email : Get up to 5 email addresses with the same URL as your practice (e.g. jameswren@parkviewclinic.co.uk). Alternatively if you wish to use your existing email address, we can have all mails that are sent to your clinic address redirected to your existing email address. More email addresses can be added (additional charges apply).
Support : We also offer free email support, with most questions getting a reply within 24 hours. This service is included in the Website Hosting service.
Online Directory Listing : We will list you in the best online directories, ensuring your details are available more easily, helping you attract even more clients.
